We have selected design number 17 as the winner! Thank you for all of your hard work! It was a very difficult decision to make!

Draft #19 and #20 by DigiPix is a replica of http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/aug2009/, therefore have been taken down.

Here is a link to the Interview Magazine site:
http://www.interviewmagazine.com Also, don't be afraid to be a bit edgy and bold!

Please remember to keep the designs light and not very graphic intense. We will have much more content than the usual record label site so the lighter the better.
A good example would be the interview magazine site which utilizes a single color but keeps the site clean and light while still being bold. Possibly a white background with simple but bold graphics and red used to highlight the design at certain points would work?

No you are absolutely right but the difference in the both design is the borders of white body, in #5 it is plain and in #6 it is rough

    Thanks

#5 looked the same as #6 so I eliminated one of them. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Those are looking really good guys. One of things we are trying to avoid though are the blatant symbolism of things like music notes, guitars, microphones etc. Just to give you some direction on the project and hopefully some in-site as to why your project might have been eliminated.

Thank you for all of the hard work!

If your submission has been eliminated we ask that you PLEASE do not become discouraged by it. We are using elimination as a means of providing direction. We don't want to tell you where to go, only to eliminate what didn't appeal to us and leave the rest up to you as artists. Please go crazy with creativity and as we are constantly eliminating you will see a pattern emerge within what has not been eliminated and hopefully that will get us to the strongest design.

    Thank you.
