    Simplylogos:
    - make the entire word "casa" lowercase.

    Gerald: We're almost there.

    #123
    - change the "S" back to how it was with the swirl. Make it the rough texture.
    - smooth out the wave swirl

    #68
    - make the word "casa" all lower case
    - make the color of "casa" gray, like the one color in casa for #128

Thanks to all for amazing ideas and work. We really like gerald's #68 and juancharlos #20. We'd like to see a few more iterations of these designs as follows.

    gerald #68
    - Try making the word "casa" all uppercase. Similar font weight or lighter. Use a font that is clean to highlight the difference between the two words.
-Do one version with the "rough" texture for the "s" instead the wave.
    - We would use the "S" as the logo, can you try a version where the "S" is a different color from the rest of the word, or do you think this would make it hard to read?
    - Play a little with the colors, a lighter blue and use gray instead of black, etc.

    juancharlos - #20
    - please play around with the colors. Make the words a little darker blue and the graphic gray, etc.
    - Try playing with the size and elevation of the graphic in the middle.

    Thanks again!

Sportserh - I can't think of another tropical tree besides a palm either. Thanks for trying.

would you like a tropical feeling tree?(Besides palm) If you have any that come to mind, please let me know, otherwise I will do some research.

Sportserh, I love the logo you've come up with....I wish I could use it, but unfortunately it doesn't capture the tropical feeling.

Juancharlos, we really like what you've done with #20. Can you show us what a "stacked" version would look like (with "casa" on top of "suspiro" instead of along the same line...just to have another version).

Andy, I'm hoping that you can revise #14 but use a more tropical plant, but use the same "skeleton" treatment.

Andy, thanks for the additional submissions. I think that #14 was more on the right track. I like the words on separate lines and the different font treatments of Casa and Suspiro.

I like where #14 is headed. The significant more focus to "suspiro" than "casa"; the whimsical feel of the skeleton tree; the zen colors....However, the house is on the beach, and the only trees around are palm trees. However, I'm afraid that the palm tree would "cheapen" the classy look of this logo. I want to stay away from the typical depiction of Mexico...a palm tree, a sunset, and a beer. Thanks for this sumbission.

Thank you all for your submissions.I don't think I did a good job in the brief, so I'll have to add a few more details to it to better communicate what I'm looking for. I would like the logo to be a lot "lighter" in feel, no house in the logo. I'd like for the logo to capture the idea of "breath-taking" or a zen place. More Spa and vacation feel, less tangible. Check out a neighboring house (the picture and their logo) at http://www.casademita.com/. I will also try to attach a photo of my still unfinished house and a view of the beach from the house. Hopefully this will communicate the feeling that I would like the logo to capture.
    Thanks again!
