#134: Can you put a small cross at the top of this design?

#84: We like the metallic color of the lettering, could you replace the sun with a crown? Thanks!

#63:We like this image because it shows community and the cross. Could you show it in different colors and fonts? Maybe even some shadowing? Thanks!

Hey Daniel, hey PH, hey anyone else who is reading this.

Sorry, there was supposed to be a message with that link but my PC/hand malfunctioned and I sent it by accident and didn't want to post another message.

The link was just to let the PH know that there was a similar style design to one of the concepts mentioned and I thought it may have been helpful. I had a similar design with a boat and cross too (although Daniels was much better). No harm was intended by that link.

Kind regards, and good luck to all,

    Dave

Designers: We asked you to do an array of things in a very small area and many of you have managed to do so creatively and well. Thanks to all you; however, we would like to see some with a victory and/or archery and mark element. Perhaps, a runner for the Apostle Paul has run the race and come out a winner! We want our church to be victorious as well. Please continue to incorporate the cross as well. Thanks so much! Only 24 hours remaining to get your best submissions in!

I don't know who you're trying to accuse here (however, given the basic idea, i'm assuming me) but the logo you linked bares very little - if any - resemblence to my design. The Benedict XVI logo is certainly one I've never come across before.

Client: Wow, that was a good link (since so many church logos are...uh...not very attractive, I wasn't expecting to see so many good designs).

Designers, here is a website with several logos we like and feel may be helpful to you:

www.apalachicolabay.org can provide you with a better idea of what will fit in the community. The church will be in Eastpoint, Florida. It is a small coastal fishing community. Some additional suggestions are: person in boat holding a sword, cross, crown, etc. up high. Or a sailboat with a cross in the sail/rigging. Or a sailer in a storm, sunrise ahead. Or a person walking/climbing up steap path with cross or crown at top/end. Use varying textures and colors. Our inspiring verse is: Phillipians 3:14, "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."

Drafts are looking awesome. We would like to see other color options incorporated into designs. Do not feel trapped with just silver and blue. With regard to the silver, we were looking for more of a chrome/liquid metal than a flat silver-gray. Something more fluid/less static.

Designers: Submitted designs should have one concept per submission even if there are variations in colors it should be submitted separately.
