  Community Strategies Consulting, LLC partners with nonprofits, schools, colleges/universities, and government agencies to create and implement innovative strategies for strengthening underserved communities.


Our goal is to create thriving communities for all people through effective collaborative decision-making.


Our main focus areas include education and nonprofit capacity building. We help organizations better prepare youth to attend and graduate from college. We also enhance nonprofits’ ability to better serve their clients.


Services include strategic planning, program development and management, evaluation, and workshops/trainings.



We want to promote that we are current and relevant experts in the field. We use national best practices and research to conduct our work.


We work with executives, staff, and community partners in identifying their needs and implementing solutions. We work on projects ranging from small scale programs with grassroots nonprofits to large- scale, multi-sector collaborations city-wide projects.


Many of our competitors are usually older (50-60s), established and self-proclaimed “experts.” They usually do not have current “field” experience and sale this to an audience who traditionally likes working with the same established, well-known companies. We need to promote our company as being respectful of the way things have been done, but knowing and using new ways of solving old problems.
