So, I was out of town for a few days. and was unable to go threw some of the design. Again, the response has been amazing. A few thoughts. the company is pronounced 'Hawkeye" - NOT "hockey" so this needs to be clear in the logo/symbol. We are base out of Vancouver, BC - So greans, blues (alhough not 100% neccessary as i love some of the reds!!) mountains, sea, ocean, trees, nature. I want to show vision, confidence, leadership. I will try to send some indvidual comments in a bit. and there is an OUTSIDE chance i'll extend it for another 3 days due to my absence, but if i do, i' will increase the prize money again.

just a thought if you cheack out the seattle seahawks logo (http://www.seahawks.com/), the grn in the eye is great - maybe even a little brighter. but also the hawk itself? some of urs a a tad like that - little more native american touch?? i live in Vancouver, Canada so the Native arts are big, really impressed with all your work guys. and little inspired by ur efforts. Thank you.

another thought - the "W" in hawki could be used as a hawk's talon, or as a place where wings come from the body and then kind of spead over the "ha" and "ki"?
