    On a different note:), ignite, have you considered the silkscreen process heat transfer if you would like to print your selected logo in all its original look glory?

    no I meant these logos are not a repeat of this competition, they are a repeat of what is already out there right now. unoriginal flame logos... The point is to be creative - right?

    As the saying goes, if everyone is thinking the same thing, someone isn't thinking!!

    The reason that you see the same design over and over again is because I was diligent about deleting logo's that weren’t on the right track for my business.

    Would you have preferred for me to leave all of the designs up leaving you with false hope and making you think you should submit more designs with the same theme?

    Not everyone can win, which is unfortunate because there are several designers that have put a ton of effort into this. I wish they could all benefit from awards of this project.

    You submitted 4 designs three of which were almost identical (so I'd be careful throwing around the word "originality" and I had no idea what the other design even was. But if I ever need a logo with a skull with dreads your definitely my guy.

    Fantastica - I noticed you submitted a ton of designs and I really appreacate your effort. Your work is really very good however it just wasnt I had in mind. I wish you the best of luck in the future and I'm sure your talents will serve you well. Thanks again for your efforts

    Oh ya, another thing I should mention. I have been doing some thinking about how each of these will translate to promotional gear like shirts and hats. Therefore if you would include a basic image without the stuff I cant do on embroidery (like fading etc) with your logo that would be great. I still want the fancy stuff for signs and print but I need to consider other meduims as well.

    Another successful day of submissions. Its a full time job managing this process between keeping the images to my favorites only and keeping up with my inbox. I have to say that it is very difficult to eliminate so many great works of art. I just know that there are so many people working hard to help me come up with the face for my business. Thank you everyone. Lastly, I should mention that I will be working from Monday to Friday, so unfortunately I wont be able to reply to everyones messages until the night, it might also make it difficult for me to keep such a short list of contenders, but I will do my best. Good night and look forward to working with everyone tomorrow.

    I apologize everyone. I just discovered my inbox so I was very late getting back to many of you. Some really great suggestions too. I am going to stop posting so much on the message board to avoid idea's being stolen. It's only fair to everyone. However I will continue letting everyone know the general concepts that I like or dislike. Thanks for your patience while I am getting to know this process.

    ELIMINATIONS - I'm trying to limmit the submissions I keep as much as possible to give everyone a clear understanding of the designs that have a chance and those that dont. This way no one has to waste a bunch of time working on variations of designs that I am not going to pick. A lot of great designs have been eliminated only because I prefered some others.

    #109 – I like #110 better, but I am going to need “Products and Distribution” in the logo somewhere.
    #111 & #112 & #113 – a little too futuristic
    #114 – Not a fan of the text or the color scheme.
    #118 & #116 - You seem like a great designer, the text is clean; I like the deep red and the shadowing too. Just can’t get over the image looking like a flower. Can you change this up a bit.
    #119 – Something about the fade.

    #121 & #122 & #123 & #124 – Flame over the I in the text just seems overdone. Sorry.
    #128 – seems hard to see on a black background, I prefer you #126 design. Thanks for your submission
    #129 & #130 – Image and text just isn’t what I am looking for
    #133 & #134 & #141 – Sorry but I just don’t want to do an image replacing a letter. I want the text to be easy to read.
    #137 – G looks like a O with the image
    #138 – I see a basketball when I look at the image
    #148 – Really have a tough time with the red and blue combo not a fan of the text.
    #149 – Prefer the other text styles. Image is really nice but I just prefer some others.
    #151 – Not a fan of the red and blue combo
    #152 – Sorry just not what I’m looking for.
    #153 – A little too much going on in the image – prefer some black with blue. I’d try darker blue too.
    #155 – Can’t do those colors. Sorry.
    #156 & #157 – Image with IP isn’t what I’m looking for.
    #158 & #159 – Text is pretty good don’t like the image or the color scheme.
    #160 – cant do orange or the flame over the letter.

    Another 50 drafts overnight! The effort that everyone is putting in is mind boggling. I can’t tell you all how grateful I am for your submissions. This is my first time to the site, but I guarantee that I will be using it for all my design work from here on in plus I will be telling everyone I know about it.

    I’m new at this so please feel free to put comments up telling me how I can improve my comments to better serve you guys.

    I just woke up so I will have comments for each design as soon as I can. Thanks again.

    I SPENT ALL DAY EXPLAINING MY ELIMINATIONS, NOW ON TO THE POSITIVES!!

    Thanks again for the great effort on this project. I've really enjoyed seeing so many great art works up here. Like I mentioned earlier I don’t want to waste anyone’s time so here some stuff I really like, and some stuff I don’t:

    #38 & #39 - the colors, fading, images, and fonts are great. One of my fav's for sure. I was hoping that both "IGNITE PERFORMANCE" would be the main text instead of just IGNITE, but I like your design so much you have me thinking. If there’s anyway to keep what you have but emphasize the word performance too it would be greatly appreciated.

    #26 & #27 – great change with the symbol. I like the little explosion thing you got going on. Something a bit different that stands out. The color and font are great too. I’d loe to see this in the blue if you can.

    #36 & #37 – same comments as #38 and #39, but I think you have me leaning toward the blue version.

    #44 –I really like your symbol but the blue and red thing isn’t really doing it for me. I’d prefer the lower profile text too. The symbols so nice your logo’s survived through all the eliminations I made today. Love to see some changes though.

    #63 – I’m not a huge fan of the color you picked for Ignite or the text style, but the image is very interesting. Something way outside the box without making it too busy. Great job, I’d love to see some variations.

    #1 & #93 & #98 – Thanks for actually looking at the links I posted for inspiration. I like the designs and the colors. I also like how Ignite and Performance are emphasised. Not much I can ask from you right now because I can’t think of anyways to improve on these. I just need to decide if this is the design for the business.

    #72 & #74 – There might be something here. I thought it was an interesting idea with the faded out background. Something different. Read down at the earlier posts for my recommendations on these ones.

    #91 – You really caught me off guard because after a 90 posts I thought I wasn’t going to see many more different ideas. Your design idea of putting the image between the words IGNITE and PERFORMANCE was great. I also like the darker outline around the text. The subtext offset to the right is also something I like. The only things that I would like to see this in blue, as well as maybe a different image between the words (not that the one you have is bad, I just have seen some others today that I preferred.

    #3 and #4 eliminated because they were duplicated in #36 and #37. Love the design, text, colors!

    #48 and #49 – The graphics just aren’t grabbing my as much as some other even though the image seems to work as the owners initials as well as a flame.
    #82 – missing logo, please resubmit.
    #83 – the image looks almost like a drop of water putting out the flame which would be the opposite of ignite.
    #85 – missing logo, please resubmit.
    #86 & #87 – great logo’s and different. Just a little wilder than I had in mind.
    #88 – Not real excited about the matchstick theme.
    #89 – I dont really want to go with orange plus I prefer other text styles
    #90 – Not real excited about the matchstick theme
    #92 – Nothing bad to say here, good logo, just not in my top picks.
    #94 & #95 – Only eliminated because I like #93 better. Thanks for the submissions.
    #97 – because its orange and I like #93 better.
    #99 – The design is creative, I’m not sure it would make my top 15, but still very good. I don’t like the red and blue combo though.
    #100 – The text is a little too old fashioned for my liking.

    #17 & #19 - I just cant help but think that the flame could be confused for something else. Based on that I had to eliminate it.

    #79 - sorry just cant do the flames over the letter.

    #80 - very creative, and it looks like it might have taken a long time. I have to eliminated though based on my thoughts that the text could be hard to read.

    @ aansudarwanto - thanks for your submissions. I like #72 and #74 the best. I'd love to #72 in blue with the small image removed. Leave the background one though cause it makes your logo unique amoung the rest. Could I see #74 in a darker blue too?
