Our company is a registered trademarked business, which is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an “A” rating. We are not realtors; we do not charge fees or commissions. We have cash and can close in less than 72 hours and can help a seller out of almost any difficult situation. Our offers to sellers are guaranteed and not contingent on financing as we use cash or can create terms. We also are familiar with special problems that can accompany trying to sell a property that is in bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate or other difficult situations that can make selling a home stressful. We are not really familiar with the different effects listed in the previous question above so please use the guidance we gave about what we are trying to achieve and your own creativity and look out for our feedback.
