    Thank you to everyone who submitted designs. I appreciate all the work that you put in and I want to make a special mention to Sallu and X3Mart, who submitted so many variations. I'm going to put a wet towel over my head now and make a decision in the next 24 hours.

    I'm wondering how #48 would look with two other options that you have already created in other submissions:
    a)the new flame ident in #94 in proportion.
    and
    b) with the ident that you have in #91 in proportion

    Could you do it in a darker blue font please?

    Hi Sallu.

    Thank you for your latest designs which add the new fonts. I like #93 in particular. I am not sure you saw my earlier note that the tagline is now: Towards Executive Mastery. No need to resubmit them all, but could you resubmit #93 with the new tagline please?

    Thank you for your designs. I really like #81 and #83 in particular. For #83, it put me in mind of a flame. I wonder what it would look like if the grey elements in the ident/picture part had a tinge of orange in them. (See the orange at the top of each posting in my blog http://signaturework.co.uk.)

    Thank you for your recent designs. Could you provide #57 and #58 in blue and grey please? I think I am moving towards blue and grey or blue and black as the main colours. A hint of red wouldn't be ruled out but the main colours will be blue and grey/black.

    Thanks X3MART, I really like the blues and greys in your recent submissions and the combination of handwritten font type and business like font type. I think however, I was a bit over-ambitious in what I asked you to do for the reflection in #52 and #53.
    With the ident element I am trying to strike a balance so that it shows a journey (and the 's' really helps to indicate that) but, importantly, I don't want the ident to look like it could be advertising a motorway.

    On no.47 i am wondering whether, on the ident to the left of the words, the curve blue s above the grey bar could be reflected below the grey bar as well. Then maybe it would look like a W. That way it would look like SW in signature work. Not sure how it would look - just an idea...
