Designers: Careful not to design anything with a bat and a roof (common real estate symbol), nusan seems to think he has a monopoly on these symbols.

I like the bat in DRAFTS 13 and 14 the most still, but have been asking for it to be worked so that it has a front, or head portion. right now it looks a little like a butterfly, not a bat, but i really like the stucture of the bat and the colors.
DRAFT 53 is my favorite for the whole concept, but could use the bat to be reworked, perhaps if i could put the two mentioned above together i would be very pleased.

so far i like the draft 13 and 14 the most. its the most simple and interesting, however, i feel the bat is missing something. perhaps the head portion of the bat needs to be reconfigured, and I would like to see what some sonar waves coming from the bat would look like, because it goes with my slogan (echolocating).

Design draft #21, thnks for actually using a depiction of Austin with the University Texas Tower and the State Capital. The Bat looks cool too. I'm not sure about the round globe look on top of the bat, and the colors and font many need tweeking.

I like seventheaven's bat/city logo #17 and 18, except for the cityscape. If a more Austin cityscape where being used, maybe incorperating the State Capital Building dome. The setup of the logo to the side, like in logo 18, is really nice as an option.

I like Bats from design 13 an 14, with some work to make less butterfly looking. Good lookn symmetrical bat! I still feel I need something identifying a logo with homes or the city (real estate) due to the nature of my business (realty). Maybe a play with the letters to make a high rise building, tower and or the State Capital dome. I do not like city scapes that are not this city....if a city scape is used, please use Austin...ie. the capital building or a highrise from Austin. Thanks for all the help everyone

I think that this logo could be really cool for someone to hold in their portfolio. It has a lot of potential, so anyone please feel free to any great ideas. Bat City Realty

I like design 5 the most so far - simple yet says Bat City, and is not holloween looking. I do not like the cityscape be used, it should only be Austin Texas. Austin is small, therefore the buildings are more recognizable. Thanks so much for the submissions.

City Scapes / Skylines - if one is to be used, please only use AUSTIN, TEXAS as the backdrop.

NO HOLLOWEEN looking logos please. Austin, TX is often referred to as the "Bat City" because of our large population of bats that live and migrate here, but please do not confuse the "BAT" with "HOLLOWEEN" We love our bats, and they are NOT Vampire Bats. NO BLOOD, NO HOLLOWEEN, please, this is a Real Estate Business.
