  Am surprised to see nobody has truly tried to encompass the meaning of the word Motion - a change in position of an object with respect to time. Opposed to standing still, the world we live in is in constant motion......

  I like the clean design of #5, but prefer the logotype used in #1. Would like to see some alternative colors too.

  arunsitole, I like where you are going (especially #1), but wonder if it would be better to take away the i that is currently incorporated in the logo as it would limit the type of service we can associate with Motion (i.e. INVESTMENTS, CONSULTING, INTERACTIVE, etc.).

  You can ignore the LLC, as that refers to the legal form of the company (Limited Liability Corporation). It shouldn't be included in the logo.
