Educational Consulting

http://web.me.com/perrypwiseman/Site_2/Blank.html

WiseFoundations (registered trademark) is a consulting business that helps schools and districts build capacity with their people. There are two major processes that the business that the business focuses on. For one, I wrote a book titled, Strong Schools, Strong Leaders. I offer keynote presentations that speak about my book and the "four foundations" that must exist before deep change really can. This book was written for everyday practitioners aiming to create staffs capable of making their schools sparkle amidst the chaos. Not only does this book describe four essential foundational practices of the foundational leader, it also provides the reader with the specific processes to move each of them from theory to practice. Not only can I present on the foundations (whether it is in a conference or keynote), but I can also employ my Four Key Foundations Assessment; which is followed by suggested interventions that can be used to effectively employ each of the four foundations. My second process includes the process called, "Movement Matters." This includes an intensive method, a method where District leaders and principals dig deep into the data. Not only will they be introduced to a cutting edge Growth Index Formula (a formula that has withheld statistical analysis), but they will also learn how the index can be translated into increased student achievement. I have already purchased a website domain, www.wisefoundations.com. I am not too sure how to translate your work to the website. Currently, I have disabled te site until I have a design I like.

I have multiple educators that have offered "blurbs" on the processes I have offered. The process Movement Matters is a subsidiary to WiseFoundations (or a process within the overarching company). As of now, there are two processes--Strong Schools, Strong Leaders, presentations and development; and Movement Matters. Movement Matters has two consultants, me and another educator. I am the owner of WiseFoundations and have hired the other presenter for Movement Matters. We both present. I would like to see a ""Bio" section that notes this. I would like a section for publications that notes my published works. It would be nice to see a section where people can contact me. I also want to push sales on my book, Strong Schools, Strong Leaders. It can be found on Barnes and Noble (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/Strong-Schools-Strong-Leaders/Perry-Wiseman/e/9781607095132/?itm=2&USRI=strong+schools+strong+leaders) or Amazon. I would like to have a section where there is a bit of video that possibly displays my presentations. Not interested in flash designs.

Wow me (this isn't a website)

I like clean, simple, and easy to peruse. Something that will really compel an educational decision-maker (whether it is a superintendent, a district leader, or a principal) to hire me.

I like: 1. Movement Matters piece in #32. 2. Overall structure in #34. 3. WiseFoundations logo and arc at the top of the page in #27. 4. Link to my blog, which contained an article on finding informal leaders, in #26. I would like for all my blog entries to automatically show up in a section of my website. Thanks everyone. Hopefully there is time for some more revisions and/or submissions. Perry Th

#28 - I would like to see it without the "Buy this book from Amazon" at the top of the page. #27 - I would like to see it without the "Movement Matters" piece on the top of the page. Maybe place reference it in the area titled, "To Company." I like how #26 has it linked to my blog www.wisefoundations.wordpress.com and would like to see this somehow incorporated into each of them. Great stuff everyone. Thanks!

@jorgesanchezmejia I have a web domain: www.wisefoundations.com. I would like it for this. It is not a blog, just a regular site that I pay fees on. Does this make sense. Really, I am looking for a visually appealing, easy to peruse, simple website design. Thanks!

Everyone, thanks for submitting logos. I am actually looking for a website template design, not a logo, which includes a logo that I already have.
