Quantum is a newly formed general engineering construction compay. We will build constructon projects involving concrete sidewalks, driveways, curb/gutter, walls and decretive concrete work. In addition we provide grading, paving and excavation services. Our services can be applied to residential, commerical, industrial and public works arenas. As a newly formed company we have the personal touch to bid and complete small remove and replace one day jobs to project schedule intensive and dollar value projects. Due to our over thirty years of industry experience, we are also construction industry business consultants. The owner holds CA contractor license and is an MBA. We will focus our business in the Central Valley of California.
