  @#22 and #23 - The appointment card isn't what I wanted, so please see if the design I suggested can be made. Also, please add the original business card design of navy blue back w/ logo back to the group. We need 2 different styles of cards. Cards for appointments and cards to be handed out to offices. @#23 Clean up the lines and then I will decide on which design.

  #19 - please incorporate George R. Tuchsen, M.D. on all items - not just the logo. Business card back #2 - Also need a patient appointment style (fill-in) like style 5 on http://www.businesscardsource.com/massage_business_card.htm - no saturday appointment slot needed.   @akreationz #18 - do you have the other side of the brochure? Template for a fax form? Are all of these editable (photos)? I like it!

  @Jameelbukhari - #16 really like the layout, but don't want the portrait photo on the business card. Only use portrait photo in the brochure, but make the zoom/crop less. Really like the Navy side of business card, but can the gold be added back into the logo design? Can you also add "bold" George R. Tuchsen, M.D. to all of the letterhead, fax, envelope, etc.
