Horticulture Solutions

No

We are a consulting firm that specializes in the marijuana industry.

Top Shelf is a marijuana industry term for high quality.

Anyway, currently we have a generic looking logo. We are happy with the current logo, but at shopping to see if we can revamp it and make it better.

You can view our website at www.growconsultantco.com

We're open to ideas. Thanks!

not sure

We are open to a design here. I made the current logo and am not sold on it, which is why I came to this site.

I really appreciate the work you all have done in here. I'm ending this project early because I believe I found a logo that I'd like to run with. I apologize if you're in the middle of a design, but when I saw this logo appear I knew it was the direction I wanted and so I am ending the project to save your time. Again I truly appreciate all of your efforts. I'll continue to use this site for future projects.

We do a lot of residential grow room build outs. I was just playing with concept ideas in my head. I guess you could consider us garden craftsmen or grow room architects. I thought that would be a fun concept to play with if you want to go that route. At least good for taglines. other synonyms: designers, planners, marijuana mechanics, cannabis technicians, marijuana experts

First I just want to say, great design elements coming in. I apologize for being vague in the write up. I am seeing a lot of submission similar to our design. I don't want that. I'm here looking for a different memorable brand image. So let me add some specifics. I'd like to see some of these logos in a vintage/retro signage. We are going to be wearing these on our shirts when we're at the clients and want it to have a sweet look to it. It's nice to have the image on a light and dark background so I can see how it would look at various company shirt colors. I understand its tough with our name. But just look at good vintage/retro signage example to inspire. Like old station logos and such. There is so much character in the signs. Some examples of design elements to play with or include: TS, TSC, Grow Consultants, Horticulure Solutions, a plant leaf like a seedling sprouting, marijuana leaf (small or well integrated if included, its kinda played here), Top with a play on Mountains, Denver Colorado, Denver CO, a green thumb, green cross for medical marijuana, a botanist character, etc. Including these elements in the signage will make it pop. Just look at some of the signage below and you can see how like a radiator adds so much to the design. Anyway, that's where my head is at. I think we need some character to make the logo distinct. Otherwise, we just look like a generic company like Denver Relief (one of our competitors). https://0.s3.envato.com/files/31266111/Retro_Labels_72.jpg http://thumb7.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/344665/111278999/stock-vector-vintage-automotive-labels-and-signs-set-111278999.jpg Like this Piston logo. Think of a play with TS and grow consultants. http://thumb1.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/344665/116549308/stock-vector-vintage-automotive-labels-and-signs-set-116549308.jpg This salvage & Towing one looks awesome. https://0.s3.envato.com/files/11449759/vintage_gas_signs_590.jpg That green shield is cool with the wings and tires. http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/x/calligraphic-vintage-signs-28891185.jpg http://st.depositphotos.com/1019714/1103/v/950/depositphotos_11036998-Vintage-Styled-Premium-Quality-and-Satisfaction-Guarantee-Label..jpg If you design to go real clean and professional, these are great examples of clean signage. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XkKp6Eqz20w/TmBfY4XkcyI/AAAAAAAAK8M/JW62Iw9Sr8k/s1600/ToneBros2_Black.jpg Strong Image for just being text, the framing adds so much. I hope that helps

I'd also like to see some designs without the marijuana leaf. Thanks.

Alright, I just started giving 1 stars to designs that are appealing. Thanks for the submissions. I assure you I will be selecting a winner, even though I didn't pay extra for the guaranteed label.

So I'm a sucker for a clean vintage/retro style logo. Otherwise a professional memorable logo would work. I'm not looking for a run of the mill corporate logo. That's exactly why I don't like our current logo, its too forgettable.
