The Chasella Group LLC is focused on several core businesses. 1. Real Estate Development - This includes the design, construction and management of fine luxury homes, golf course communities, and shopping centers. 2. Consulting - The firm's principals are available to guide and assist you with your next project. With more than 50 years combined experience over multiple generations, we have several innovative approaches to community development, land use, architecture, and overall design. 3. Investments - As a lean, privately-held entity we will be looking to enourage small businesses to thrive in the coming years by investing in their future.

Likes - high contrast, our logo colors, visual excitement, unique yet professional, ability to be viewed on all devices, and I like to be impressed! Dislikes - bland, boring appearance. Clutter. Lack of flow.

    Design 22, 23, 24 - The toolbar is awesome. I love the use of the logo. Try to incorporate a light to medium gray background for the center portion. I like the bottom portion of 22 and 24 better than 23. Please give me some more unique variations. Keep it up!

    To All. I am open to a top toolbar or a left toolbar. Again, think more along the lines of a law firm or venture capital firm as far as styling. This is a professional firm, not a "cookie cutter" builder or brokerage firm.

    Designers, please attempt to design the website with more of a professional feel. Informational website similar to a law firm or venture capital firm. No "search for your new home" or sales pitches here. It is a site to provide background on the work we do and the principals of the firm. There will be a tab that will direct visitors to "New Developments" and / or News,however. No "Limited Time Offer". Design 1 - Please increase the size of the logo, add the taglines of "Real Estate Development & Diversified Investments" , as well as "Building for The Future"
