Creative Brief

T-Shirt Graphic

Superman P Logo

Superman logo with a "P" in the center instead of an "S". This should be relatively similar to the original "S" font and be designed in green, black, gray and white variations. The logo should have two versions: 1) Superman Logo alone 2) Superman Logo with lightning in the background, see attachments.

Teenagers, Adults, and Sports fans are the target audience these designs should be prepared in vector in order to be printed on solid White, Gray, Black or Green T-Shirts.

This should be a very clean vector graphic.

#95, I think I prefer a solid design. With light rays/lightning on the outside. I prefer the top of the p not touch the top of the diamond and the colors should use green black and/0r gray

most of the submitted designs are not flat line art and will therefore be difficult to silkscreen (tints and shading are the problem)

Draft #92 and its variation by creators14 are derivative of #76 and its variation (P emblem rendered in mulitple outlines) by Sergem, therefore have been taken down.

#102,#103- The lightning is off the chain, but I would like to see the P tilted and take a look at the attachments. Thanks!

Images can be printed on shirts using photo silkscreen process though.

you should make sure that the design you chose is NOT raster based. Very hard to make screens when they start raster.

#94, I like the backlit graphic, but how would that print on a t-shirt. How would that look?

#83,#84 the metallic color looks a little yellowish. Can you make it more silver? I would really like the thunder to work seamlessly with printing on a white, black or gray shirt. Thanks!!

#76-#84 and #91-#94, the top of the "P" should be fully touching the top of the borders. I dont think there should be outlines between the nose of the "P" and the upper outline.

#61-#68 I would like to see the p with a similar body as your early versions just without the tail and slightly rotatesd counterclockwise to have the nose of the p slightly touching the upper and lower right borders. Everything else should look similar to your other versions.

#15,#26,#46 - I would like to see how the graphic with lightening would integrate into a t-shirt. I would expect the lighting graphic to blend in smoothly with a white or black shirt or even gray. Please show me what that would look like. Thanks!

#34/#39 (cont.) also I would like the diamond outline and the P should be the same color and fuse together when touching. Thanks!

#34,#39, All - Thanks for the drafts! I would recommend keeping it as close to the superman logo as possible. I would not fuse the back of the "P" with the border of the diamond. I would like to see the "p" just enough counterclockwise so that the back of the "P" doesn't touch the diamond outline and the the round part of the "P" touches the upper and lower right side of the diamond outline.

#11,#9 - I would like to see the tail removed from the "P" as it has been mistaken as an lowercase "e" instead. I would recommend rotating the "P" a few degrees counterclockwise to still get an end to end effect in the diamond outline. The same goes for #26. Also for #26 I would like the logo to be the same metallic color.

Thanks everyone! #4-#11 look really close, but I think there is still a better arrangement of the "P". I would like to see a combination of the outlines of #4,#20,#3.
