We need a sign that can be placed in a yard to advertise we buy houses. The sign should have the following info on it: XpressHomeBuyers.com Fast and Fair 712-234-5678

The target audience is anyone needing to sell their house. In the sign we want to convey that the we are speedy, fast, fair and trustworthy. The sign must be eye-catching and readable as someone is driving by in their car at 90 kilometers per hour.
The sign should be restricted to two colors (red and blue) printed onto a white background. The sign should also have a die cut shape to make it more eye catching. See the uploaded document for examples of signs with shapes. The edge of the sign should have a small white border as in the examples in the upload. The sign shape should be cut from a blank that is 24 inches wide and 18 inches tall. Please make sure the ".com" is easy to read. The "XpressHomeBuyers.com" should have good visual interest and be logo like.
