  #19 pelican...i like the header much better that you can see teh city and i like the font and wait you used the web address. might be a little too much blue though. we've also decided to NOT USE HEATHERS PHOTO. she is my wife and we don't want her picture all over the place. we want to keep generic. so just use the top producer banner and her name. no picture. actually I have a graphic image you will use that we get from the association of realtors. we also dont need the menu bar with buttons, this is a one page website. is it possible to center the video in middle of the page and put the timeline and forelcosure graphics on either side of it? you have left and right margins and columbns, i like stuff centered. also there is not as much scrolling involved that way. take out"we take care of suburbs too" i will upload a chicago northshore image you can use. put the 3000 dollar hafa image up where the "federal help" image is. and take out "click here" or change it to "submit here" instead. i like the did you know box, but i want different font and each word to be capitilized like "Did You Know" short sale should be singular in this form, not short sales, thats plural. change it to "some of the banks we've worked with... and "find out if your bank participates in the HAFA program"... and a "click here" or "find out if you are eligible, click here" graphic, that will redirect them up to the optin box above. i want the fast facts box up near the top, under the header, above the video box. under that you can put "watch our short video, then fill out the form to the right" change "for your personal and confidential assessment" to: "Instantly download your FREE short sales HAFA starters packet" i would like to make the testimonials section a little more personal, maybe use some generic faces or people or sometjhing, its just too boring right now, wanted to get a little more creative than our other site. thats why i am using you. creativity. +++ PLEASE REMOVE ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH FOLLOWING A ROAD! there is no more road, that is gone forever. change the text in the bullet points to read properly "did you receive one of our mailings? Then you are eligible (not qualified). make these changes as soon as possible, we go from there. also let me know if you have questions. i need to figure out how to upload the images you need.

  #16...i like the header image you used, however, you are covering up the city with the webaddress. maybe move the web address up and to the left..start it with ShaiTown and then under the "n" in shaitown start the "ShortSales.com". move the logo underneath the city or somewhere it blends better. right now it just looks like it was cut and pasted right on the banner, which it was. also you can shrink down heathers photo image a little smaller in proportion with the banner. also this is a one page capture page, there will be no buttons to other pages so you can remove those.

  #11, please re-do our web address in header. you can take out the entire "follow the .....out of foreclosure", that phrase was used for green brick road, as in follow the green brick road, there is no road, or anything to follow with our new site. the website is shaitownshortsales.com, our realty company is Shai Town Realty like the logo says. so please remove all of that with regards to following, roads, etc. you can make the header say "Chicagolands Short Sale Experts"

  site admin, I am disapointed in the fact that only 2 designers submitted their drafts? i was told by the salesman to expect upwards of 30 drafts. 2 designers, thats it? I pay 400 dollars for 2 designers????

  #11. i like the layout with the large video player. we will be having an informational video playing there. also i like the header, maybe show a little more of the city, you have it blued out on the left. Also, we need to highlight the website address in the header better. take out the www. just make it ShaiTownShortSales.com, highlight the ShortSales part. also, i want to clean it up a little more a little better flow instead of looking as though the images were just posted on the page randomly. i also like you used the other banks logos. i have to get some more text with regards to the hafa program, we can make seperate boxed areas with this information in it. Also when they click on "see if you are eligible" it will direct them to the optin box.

  #7,8,9 try changing the web address so that the ShaiTown is smaller and the ShortSales.com is a bit bigger. we want to focus on the short sales part of all this, not ShaiTown.

  how do I upload a new image for the project? Also we decided to remove "rookie of the year" and replace it with 2011 Chicagoland Top Producer. i have a graphic for that.

  wow,, i like pelican art, he set the bar high with the big,bold, design and the banner and webaddress. i have to run out to an appointment, but i will review them more in depth and leave feedback. I think i like 7 so far. all 3 are good though, great colors,layout, etc. but I have to really review them more in depth as i have to run out now.

  #4 i like this one with the blue city, not green city. #6 i like the blue one the best, but not the green and yellow in it, use the color in our logo you see at blueharvestproperties.com, we like those colors. are you designing the website too or just a logo? i dont understand?

  #3, definitely getting closer, there should be NO GREEN BRICK REFERENCES AT ALL. green brick is done, gone, bye bye forever, no longer around. i wanted to see a "ShaiTownShortSales.com" banner maybe incorporated with the city of chicago, the skyline, or the lake. there is none of that, also there is no use of our logo which I attached. Shai Town Realty is the logo. much improved though, and where are all the other designs I was told I would get????

  #2 where is our shaitownshortsales logo? i want it similar to the greenbrickshortsales, but we can't use GBSS anymore, its ShaiTownShortSales.com now, that is the whole point of doing a NEW website. I gave you the files to use a guide for you to re-create your own ideas from them, or use some of them, but not exactly the same website. im looking for creativity,different,cool, fonts. some call to action arrows for the optin box. stuff like that.

  draft #2. i wanted a header to read our web address "ShaiTownShortSales" i also was expecting a twist on our original site, all this is an exact reproduction of our site with blue and white. more creativity wanted. also there is too much blue background, i don't like the fonts used. looks too basic.
