Again the name of the company is "RecallData" the only text that should be part of the logo is "eDiscovery Litigation Services"
As for the logo designs.. in your proposals I recommend:
1. Submit with 2 different color combinations of (blue and gray) or (red and gray)
2. using some implementation of the R and D as part of the logo will be appreciated.
3. Keeping the design as simple as possible (no complex pasterns that's hard to print) , yet with a very powerful presence..
