43 looks good but tag line placement is one thing I don't like so please work on tag line placement with sratight not three step tag line. Make the whole logo shinner

I like number 38 logo can you please improve on it. Please use Dark green and stop red colors instead of lime green and burgandy. make it crisp and sharp also highlite the tag line more, other then that you are on the right path.
