Thanks to everyone that has submitted designs. After everything we have seen so far we definitely like the designs that incorporate a unique abstract mark that captures the ideals stated in our brief - unique/creative, clean/simple, collaboration, innovation, global perspective, etc. There have been several designs submitted that were too elegant/dainty/frilly - remember we sell specialty ingredients to manufacturers that sell finished goods to consumers, so we're one step back from the elegant cosmetics delivered to consumers. We are enjoying seeing designs with a little more color that allows the clean/simple designs to pop a little more. Many of the early designs were a bit boring. I hope these comments help - thanks again for all your efforts.
These are a good start, but we fear that we have limited your creativity because we chose "Clean/Simple" as one of the criteria for the logo. Some of these look so Clean and simple that they are almost boring. Please feel free to be a little more creative but avoid designs that are too busy.
