We are looking for a name and logo for a new, high-end condo development.
The building is in a trendy neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is known as the French-quarter of the city, so a french name is desired. It is close to the university campus, right off the entertainment district (with bars, restaurants, boutique shopping, farmers markets, arts, theatre, and many other cultural amenities).
We are open to a logo or a wordmark.

- good taste for quality, and care about appearances. This building comes with prestige.
Differentiating factors:

- it is located in the French district of town, a very attractive area for our growing French (French Canadian primarily) speaking population.
