Fund Raising

www.msidecap.com

Website for Houston based start-up private equity real estate investment group, Morningside Capital.

Hoping to get something simple/clean as this site really only provides information to people in our industry, brokers, investors, lenders, etc... Ideally we will be able to edit the tab text and grow the number of tabs as necessary.

We focus on commercial real estate investment (as opposed to residential). The designs that have office buildings are preferred to the designs with nice residential settings. I do not want to limit the design process to office buildings only, but want to make sure we stay away from home pictures to make sure we are not confused with residential brokers. I would like to see the following tag line worked into some of the designs: Institutional Discipline, Entrepreneurial Spirit Thanks

Here is another website that we like. http://www.waterfallam.com/ We prefer this over the MM Properties website (URL #3 in our brief).
