Mom Haven is a brand that reflects the names of its three principals; Mark, Oliver, Matt. Mom Haven purchases homes in bulk from Government Sponsored Agencies, Banks, Mortgage Companies and others. We turn around and offer these bulk purchased homes at pricing that is lower than the cost of paying rent.
A house is supposed to be a families haven, their shelter. Thus Mom Haven.
We, along with our investors, create special purpose entities to purchase bulk pools, and upon purchase name those pools accordingly; Mom Haven 1, LP - Mom Haven 2, LP, etc.
