Martin Volunteer Fire Department established in 1937 is celebrating 75 years of service to the Martin South Dakota community. We currently have a patch/logo with Yosemite Sam holding 2 hose lines in front of a fire truck with "We Came Smok'in" on the bottom. We are looking for some creative ideas for a small volunteer fire department. We operate in a rural community and provide Structure Fire Fighting, Wildland Fire Fighting Search and Rescue, Vehicle Extracation and numerous other services for our community.

We are very proud of the service we provide.

I have been on the dept. 30 years. When I joined we were very poorly trained and equipped. In those 30 years we have become very professional and are one of the better equipped departments in the area.

Be creative and give us a great design.

We will be using this for our anniversary celebration and will be having an engraved Rifle made for a raffle and to commemorate the event. We want something to include in the engraving on the rifle on the receiver or stock.
