The templates must display two logos which are provided (BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com to be large in size). We need the ability to insert pictures of each new listing inside within the template. The design must be colorful (earth tone colors), professional, simple and eye catching. Postcard: We also want 1-2 generic postcard templates where a standard/general real estate picture is already inserted which can be used for multiple/different properties. Postcard templates must meet the printing specifications for GotPrint.com. The templates must be provided in digital formats that are editable by the project holder.
