I like to leave this up to the designer but my thoughts are: I would like the logo to suggest achievement or motion forward. It should suggest victory or accomplishment.
It is very important that the logo be able to be broken up into parts.
It should have the words Elite Performance Systems and the tag line Mind When It Matters together but also allow Elite Performance Systems without the tag line to be used.
I am not opposed to having the intitials EPS be dominant in the design but it is not necessary.
