Communicate: professionalism, NOT being one of the late night infomercial dirt-bags, Even though we are titling it "house flip" in the name, we want to change the perception and communicate that we are truly redeveloping neighborhoods, one home at a time, and not just doing the cheap cosmetic "lipstick on a pig" job that most people see on HGTV shows. We want to communicate that we are showing how to professionally invest, add value, and make a profit in the process.
