The logo will represent a firefighter emblum or firefighting theme. This is a catering company that uses a fire truck to cook Pizza. The firetruck has a wood burning pizza oven in the rear where pizza is cooked. An example of the truck can be viewed @ canicuscateringinc.com

the firefighter emblum should include a woodburning oven in the middle.
the top title of the emblum should say Pizza, then the middle would have the woodburning oven, and the bottom title will say Dept. It should look like the typical firefighting emblum which reads fire dept.
