The logo should represent an international community that we as an organization want to engage, and reach with friendship, meeting practical needs and the love of God.
We are a non profit ministry in the U.S.A, who build friendships with internationals that come to live and study here.

I would be interested in seeing a logo with just the initials ICO, and also International Community Outreach. A third option would be a combination of the two. Also, feel free to experiment with the tag line listed, having it as a part of the logo and without. Please avoid the traditional globe in your designs.
