Logo for Baltimore Solar Sales team

This is for a young sales team who works in the solar energy industry. Themes incorporating Baltimore, rooftops, crab, maryland, energy, the sun, power, etc. would be interesting.
We are currently using "Ethnocentric Bold" font for the typeface B.MORE, and its a bit tired. I'd also like it to stay strong, but not quite as bold/bulky. I'm open to upper/lower case so whatever you think looks good.

I'd like 2 versions of the typeface: Electric blue (with either light grey or white) Vivint Solar orange (with either light grey or white) - see website for example of the orange Example: B.MORE B. (in electric blue or orange) MORE (in grey, silver or white) But definitely feel free to submit whatever you think looks cool. Open to new ideas.

The team is a young group of guys. This logo and typeface will mostly be used for "swag" (shirts, jackets, hats, etc.
The purpose is to create a cool brand.
