Logo for aircraft parts supplier

Historically we have used a dark blue and dark grey. This is similar to Rolls-Royce, however I am prepared to consider new colour combinations. Our (very) old website www.trans-aero.com shows our current logo. Our new website which is ready but not uploaded yet as we do not have a logo will be www.trans.aero I will upload the home page for your reference.

Our day to day business is the supply of aircraft and engine parts to commercial airlines and manifacturers around the world, I have done loads of research on the logo layout looking at our competitors websites but nothing really hit me. I have considered using "ta" linked together in a loop where oth letters are linked together. I also quite like the www.noisehush.com logo incorporating an engine fan as the background intead of the rings.

Please also note the company name is trans-aero however due to our new website we may consider trans (dot) aero also.
