  can we refine the letter 'H' in the logo, as it looks like the number 4? maybe the horizontal stroke of 'H' need not protrude out.

  can we change the words 'REAL ESTATE' to 'PROPERTIES'?
  instead of using the roof of a house, can we use buildings or something grander or something that looks more enterprising.
  also the font type can be more executive type.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
