Please visit out Facebook Page:The Fatherless Daughter Project. There are over 24 million fatherless children in the US and climbing. We want to represent resilience, growth and empowerment to these women and girls. We are thinking a symbol will be best as we want to use the logo design on jewelry. We do not want the logo to scream, "I am fatherless" in that it can be embarrassing and shameful to the female. Thus, a symbol (think AA or Susan G Komen) would easily transferable and unknown to all to initiate a conversation about what we deem as a private sisterhood.
