We have been in business 8 years as the Bagel Basement and, under new management, we are expanding into pastries, soups and sandwiches. We will change the name to The Metro a bakery & cafe, with the theme of an underground subway station. We like the Paris Metro lamppost sign and the Metro sign you will see in Paris, with the black filagree. Our decor is American coziness, antiques, with old European influence. The steps down to our bakery are lined with clay pots of geraniums as in Italy. We are Artisan bakers from all over the US, we are located in an Ivy college town in the Upper Valley, with international students and tourists. We make our breads, bagels, and pastries every day from scratch. We use natural and local sources when possible. We already are using a Menu with a lamppost with Cafe Metro at the top and the bakery items on the left and cafe items on the right. We are looking for a logo that we can use as a sign on our building and on business cards and marketing.
