TrueVillages and TrueVillages.com is a social networking site built around interests. The site will allow individuals to create a Village with members who share the same interest.
Unlike Facebook, or Google+, the Village will mainly revolve around a common interest as opposed to an individual. TrueVillages is a place where you go to discuss specific interests and create villages around those interests. Those interests could be a hobby, a family, a fraternity/sorority, a religion, a movie, a musical genre, a product, or anything.

The logo should be simple with a type font that denotes fun, but also denotes some weight and timelessness. The logo should translate well to mobile devices and print, and should include a button for a mobile application. I am open to the inclusion of “.com” in the TrueVillages logo, as it is exclusively a web entity at this point, but am more partial to not having the “.com” in the logo.

I envisioned the logo to have a an abstraction of a tree in it somewhere, somewhat like the sample logo I created, but I am open to other visions. The sample logo is only a quick idea. The logos I like are;
