AgencyForce, LLC is a software development company specializing in lead management software for the commercial P&C and employee benefits insurance markets.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, AgencyForce is uniquely positioned to leverage decades of insurance expertise with state of the art SaaS technology. The solutions was developed by a P&C insurance broker out of frustration for the complexity, cost, and need for IT resources associated with other generic solutions on the market.

Our flagship product, Pipeline Tracker™, provides a simple, user friendly, affordable lead management solution developed specifically for commercial P&C brokers and employee benefits agents. Pipeline Tracker eliminates the need for in-house IT administration and to provide accessibility, scalability, security, data backup, and predictable costs.

AgencyForce website will focus on two types of users – the P&C broker owner (player/coach) and Employee Benefit Agent/Agencies. We want to emphasize on the home page that it is a P&C/Employee Benefit industry specific software to manage leads and increase sales; it’s simple functionality and it’s low cost; it’s flexible report formats and record layouts (have it your way). A graphic showing sales funnel and where Pipeline Tracker plays may be an idea. Advertising banners (2 OR 3) also will need to be incorporated once we are up and running and have at least one advertiser. It’s important for website to be simple, crisp, clean and compelling. Website should also contain page for industry related articles and a Contact Us/ Comment Section. Also a FAQ about Pipeline Tracker incorporating questions from both types of users. We are offering simplicity and functionality – so website should incorporate this as well. Another idea might be to include some comparisons i.e. Salesforce vs. Pipeline Tracker. Also a “Free 30 day Trial” no credit card required button or buttons should be included at different locations throughout site. Lastly, pricing needs to be prominently displayed throughout: $480.00 annually or $45.00 per month unlimited users. If not completely satisfied within 90 days complete refund.
