To encourage and help top graduates to maximise the good they do for humanity by becoming hyper-successful: either earning large amounts of money and giving at least 30% to effective charities, performing academic research in areas with the most potential for saving huge amounts of lives for the least cost, or gaining influence and using it for good e.g. Redirecting governmental aid spending, influencing international policy.
