@lottagloria: I like this design better... The only thing that I would change would be the wording on some of the banners... instead of having hte &... I would just remove that part and just have the "changing online culture". Thanks!

@lottagloria: Awsome design. I love the contrast. I'm a little thrown by the logo turning white however. I would love to see some different concepts from you.
