I need a symbol/logo that conveys Health that easily fits into the word of fitness, but not concentrated on fitness - more of a way of healthy living. With me, people learn about different options/choices to make using food, my SWISS supplements that are Vegan and Gluten Free and Taste good,also I educate and help people where it all begins, at the grocery store. I also teach people 5 key areas of focus, 1)cleaning out the cabinets, 2)go grocery shopping, which I assist in group shopping trips, 3) exercise 4) cook 5) Sleep. The process I teach shows people this is not a diet, yet a lifestyle, yet it shows them how enjoyable everyday is which creates consistency, which then creates confidence & results. I like the idea of having a logo that speaks nutrition, fitness & motivation. I have transformed my body using my nutrition and way of life from 230#'s to 155 living a healthy lifestyle and then turned it up a notch and now compete in natural figure competitions weighing down to 134. So from a size 18 to a size 2. I want the logo to speak to all: people who want to lose weight; people who just want a healthier lifestyle with education, more options/ choices and also for competitive athletes. I like the idea of TRANSFORMATION, seeing that is what my products give to someone if they do I what I teach them. I have photos of my competition, if that could fit in a portion if it, like my abs or something artistic with the frame of it ---or not ...I am open. I had one idea: "Fit with TIF" having the FIT mirror down as a shadow of the words but reversed which spells TIF....my email address and domain name is ahealthyliving...so i guess work off those thoughts combined with Nutrition, Fitness & Motivation...while doing your magic. I want to attract both men and women, student athletes eyc - so not girly. I work closely with a high caliber of trainers that are NSCA certified - National Strength & Conditioning Association. This is my main focus target.
