Describe who/what this design is about

FacultyVotes.com is a website operated by the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly (UHPA), the union that represents faculty in the University of Hawaii’s ten-campus system. This logo will have its own identity on a separate website called “Faculty Votes” that will be linked to UHPA’s main website (www.uhpa.org).

The content will encourage faculty at all stages of their career to take an active role in understanding the positions on public higher education held by political candidates in key federal and state races.
