its there wish to keep it on the project till the closing time or not if they really got tyhere wish or dreamed logo. but u r right we can't concentrate on our other projects while we r stucked to one. i don't go on stars as i have seen in past many PH give less tars then the go with the one which have no stars at all in the submission of his / her. all the best to you
It's great if they found a design they want. Just didn't want to invest a lot of time if there is no point. Seems all new posts are getting a 1 star treatment. The PH can finalize early and allow creatives to focus on other projects.
