This logo needs to be clean, to the point, and convey that I am a dentist. I provide cosmetic and family dental services. I would like it to have an artistic, upscale appearance. Please nothing that looks like a cheap, chain clinic.

This logo does not necessarily need to have a tooth. It can, but make the tooth unique. Too many dental logos have generic teeth. Perhaps even a cool design with a toothbrush.
