We are a mortgage corporation and finance. We deal only with Business to Business. Our company has been live for 4 years and its the 5th largest in Canada, we do $2.5Billion a year in mortgage financing and growing. We are always looking for better mortgage professionals and seek always to recruit more agents and brokers to our organization. Thus, the website is B2B driven and geared towards recruitment.
I like the website to be unique, cutting edge, clean and professional. Detail within the images is very important to me, such as shadowing and details within the images. Such as, boxing, punched, noise, transparency effects etc. It needs to be highly professional and high-end. Thus, the way you style it needs to be unique and cater to our business. All buttons and navigations should be unique and customized. Its not just the website as a whole which we are paying attention to but the details which are even more important! Dislike: It cannot look like a simple artwork site as if we bought a template theme. IF ITS CHEAP, I WILL JUST DELETE IT.

The website should be in a 960px width but the background has to match the inner website so if we zoom out, the site can look and feel in higher width pixelation. Hence, www.syndicatemortgaeges.com. The background flows with the inner site, thus giving it the capability to be in different dimensional widths. On the side panel of homepage, i like to have a "Find an Agent" search bar, you can see an example here: http://www.mortgagegroup.com/site/on/default.asp (DO NOT REPLACE IT EXACTLY LIKE THEIRS) Transition of colours are also vital, example from Blue to grey or White to grey. Glow effect within header and footer. Example, www.syndicatemortgages.com. You can see the header and footer there is a glow effect in its background colour.
