Looking To The Future In Our Kommunity

Kelley's Kommunities, LLC is an investment company which invests in townhomes with a goal of building a community. I would like a design that will have an illusion of a community of townhouses but have a unique look, almost like a 3D look that will make the Tagline word "Future" stand out.
I would like someone to look at the design and know that I am an investor. I want the logo unique and flashy. This is a real estate investment company so I would like people to look at the design which will be on business cards as well and know that I am an investor.

Looking for a unique creative 3D looking logo for Kelley's Kommunities, LLC that I can use to promote my investment company and to eventually use on business cards. I am open for many ideas and looks so a traditional look might be good as well, I would just like to see some designs to see exactly what i am looking for.
