Can you give new life to old Marketing Materials?

New Management looking to capture their excitement in 2-Page Sales Document

Advertising

Our buyers fall into two categories, the first are hip youngsters that are getting their first shot at doing media plans at small advertising agencies. The second group are local tourism professionals who have seen it all and are now running the local tourism board's marketing. They don't trust easily. We should aim for the first but not be so tragically hip that we don't appeal to the latter audience.

This material must cover a few things: 1)how the system works including a screenshot. I think the old version does well at this. 2)illustrate the size of our audience in an attractive fashion 3)illustrate the demographics of our site in an attractive fashion. 4)include a testimonial (or many) from a current customer. Benefits to the consumer include: *Quality of Leads (ours our verfied) *Quantity of Leads (we're the leader) *We attract an audience of early stage travel planners. (people who haven't selected a destination) *No set up costs *Only pay when someone requests your brochure *3 month follow up emails we send out help illustrate ROI on campaigns. *We offer both printed guides and eBooks for download. We'd like to distill this down to 1 page but we may have to drag it out to 2.

Hello guys, I appreciate all the hard work on this. We'll be deliberating for the rest of the day on this. I have assumed that we can receive editable files at the end of the contest so that we can change screenshots or text if the need arises over the next year. Is that correct? If so, what format can you provide to us? Photoshop? Quark? Powerpoint? Thanks again. More in a little bit. Cree

Hello All, Thanks for adding the updated screenshots. They look great! Good News--we have the testimonials in! Number 1: "We are continually impressed with the quantity and quality of leads we get from TravelGuidesFree.com. TGF.com is a great platform through which we can reach actively planning vacationers who are evaluating their options. We're happy to deliver our visitors guide to these potential tourists to our region, as we know they are seriously considering our travel offers and lodging options. --Stacey Fox, CTA, Gettysburg CVB" Number 2: "TravelGuidesFree.com helps us to extend our online reach to visitors looking for information about our destination. The leads we receive continually exceed our expectations in terms of volume. We know we are getting our visitors guides into the hands of travelers who are in the process of making purchase decisions for their vacations. Kristen Matejka Long Island CVB" Number 3: "TravelGuidesFree.com exceeds our expectations in terms of lead volume and quality every week and every month. We put a lot of care and attention into the travel brochures we produce, and with the help of TravelGuidesFree.com, we're getting our brochures into the hands of early stage travel planners who are eager to review our travel deals, lodging options, calendar of events and wide array of activities. Hello, Thank you guys for really nice progress on these designs. We re getting closer. I need to get you updated testimonials and screenshots. The screenshots that I provided were a little old and dont really reflect the pages of travelguidesfree.com at present. If you can update the screenshots with the appropriate pages from TravelGuidesFree.com that would be great. If not, I will send them to you. For some of the pie charts it looks like there is one color that is "unassigned". That is probably folks who have selected 'prefer not to say'. I would like to either remove that color from the charts or add Prefer Not to Say next to the unassigned colors. Thanks for all your thoughts and ideas, again. I will follow up soon with screenshots and updated testimonials. Cree

Hello ThanhSugar, Thanks so much for the quick response. I appreciate your designs... especially what you have done to spruce up the pie chart graphs. I would like to use more soothing colors like Blues and Greens rather than the bright oranges and yellows and red of the current marketing materials. For example, I'd like to get rid of the yellow for the testimonial boxes. Maybe a soft blue would be better. We want to look like a "safe" part of the media plan and communicate that in our marketing materials. For the same reason I like the green background boxes better than the ones with yellow or red backgrounds. Hope this helps! Thanks again for your contributions. I hope we can see some more from you.
