Thank you for all your drafts! They look great. We like that most of you incorporated stairs in your logos. It was very thoughtful. Why dont you try with footprints and steps as well? Steps leading to a door/house? Well,its just a thought.
We'd like the logo to be clean and edgy but having that little thing which will give it the wow effect. And we would like it to be more centralized. We hope that all this makes some sense to you.
We are really looking forward to seeing some other ideas. And we want you to understand guys that we really would like to pick up a logo.

It is a beautiful draft.However, we would like to see a more creative/symbolic logo as we believe that the image of houses being incorporated in a real estate logos is overused in general. We dont exclude a house though-if you manage to put it in a different way. We like the colors though.
