  Hint for designers: Our market is the fine homes real estate market so our logo should have a clean professional look.
  Antigua, Guatemala is an historical colonial town nestled between 3 volcano's in the highlands of Guatemala. It's not a beach resort area.

  Clarify: The main objective is a great logo. Do not be concerned about the Spanish language aspect as we can address it once we choose a logo design.

  You can include other colors if you think it will help. We are looking for a logo that has a fresh clean look that is professional, instills trust, easy to read and understand for both English and Spanish customers.
  
  The logo will be used on websites, signage, office letterhead, forms and business cards.

  Tip: The colors should be combination of green and (black or white) to match current color branding. The logo must offer high contrast for use in signage on a white back ground. The current color code for the green on the website is #F8F9F1. This can be tweaked on the website to improve contrast so don't afraid to experiment.
  
  Incorporating that the company provides Real estate - Bienes Raíces services would be helpful.
