Describe who/what this design is about

The design is for a new business in the community where there are no other cupcake bakeries. The bakery will feature cupcakes for all occasions (may be some other baked specialities sometimes). I am also going to do wedding cakes on the side. The logo will be used in business car, store sign, letterhead, sticker (to be placed on togo box), apron, t-shirt.
My favorite colors are turquoise and dark chocolate brown. I plan to use those colors in my interior of the store and I want the logo to use these colors.
