We have a premier gift store called Simply Sunflower Gifts. The gift store is located inside of Midwest Family Health, a retail Pharmacy and Home Care store. We love the sunflower in our logo and also love the look of paisley and damask prints. This is the kind of elegance and classiness we are looking for. Fonts – Please try a different font for the word GIFT. Business Cards – Include wording: Division of MIDWEST FAMILY HEALTH on back of card. On front or back include wording: Simply the Best Wedding Registry, Simply the Best Loyalty Rewards, Simply the Best Gifts. Needs to be room for employees to write their name on the cards either on front or back (no preprinted names or titles on cards). Letterhead and Fax – Please include on bottom the wording: Division of MIDWEST FAMILY HEALTH. Envelope – On the back flap – Please include the wording: Division of MIDWEST FAMILY HEALTH. Sign – Sign holder dimension is 2’3” tall by 10’0” wide – illuminated at night. This sign will be located near our Midwest Family Health sign on the exterior of our building. Gift Bags – Design on the bag should be only one color. We are considering using chocolate brown or black bags with Metallic Gold or Metallic Bronze for the logo color. Front and Back Design for Hang Tags – Round Circle or Oval design. There must be enough room on the back of the hang tag for us to place a 1.75” wide x .5” tall bar code sticker. Back side needs to be white. Needs to have a small hole punch to hang with string or ribbon. Stickers/Seals – A simple round seal that we can use to seal tissue paper when putting products in gift bags. Front Side of a Loyalty Reward Card Design –Midwest Family Health Logo, Simply Sunflower Gifts Logo and the words LOYALTY REWARDS. Top of Coupon for Loyalty Reward Program – All information needs to fit in the top 1 ½ inches of a standard 8 ½ x 11 paper. Information needed – Midwest Family Health logo, Simply Sunflower Gifts and the words LOYALTY REWARDS. Shirts – Please add Midwest Family Health Logo to design somehow – perhaps on the sleeve. Consider using a damask or paisley black or rich chocolate brown print for the design. Thank You!
